What to do if you don't have the upload button for Social Security documents?
If the “Upload New Document” button doesn’t appear in your Metacontratas account for the Social Security payment certificate or ITA but is available for other documents, it’s likely that you are working with a client, such as Sando, that requires the use of Metabuzón.
What is Metabuzón?
Metabuzón is software that automates downloading documents from the Sistema Red and uploads them directly to Metacontratas, simplifying the process and reducing manual errors.
How to start using Metabuzón?
Access the relevant section within Metacontratas:
“Miscellaneous” → “Informative Documentation” → “Social Security Document Request”.
