It may be that the platform does not recognize an RNT (old TC2), an ITA, a TA2, an RLC (old TC1), a payment current certificate with the SS or the Treasury, and other official documents.
The way for these documents to be processed by Metacontratas is to upload the document as it is extracted from the Social Security or Treasury page, without any modification (not even changing the file name). In this way, we ensure that the PDF has not undergone any processing that prevents the platform from being able to read it.
To check if your document is correct to be uploaded, follow these steps:
Open the document and press Ctrl+A to select all the text. If all the text is not selected, the document is not correct and you must ensure that it is as it is downloaded from the official website.
If all the text has been selected, open a Notepad and paste the text.
If the text is completely legible, the document is correct. If you can't upload it, let us know in the chat.
If the text contains strange characters, you will have to download it again as we mentioned above.
