At Metacontratas, we have a validation commitment within a maximum period of 24 working hours. In order to comply with this commitment, the documents are validated in order of entry, according to the upload time.

For this reason, urgent validation requests are dealt with through a special rate telephone line, at a cost of between €0.41 and €1.51 cents per minute, depending on the user's telephone company.

Through the urgent validation line, we validate documents at the time of the call, without having to wait for your turn in the validation queue, giving priority to that documentation in case of urgency.
