Overview
In this comprehensive guide, we'll dive deep into each segment of the Marina Settings tab, exploring how to access and optimize your settings for Berths, Utilities, Services, and Pricing.
Step 1: Navigate to the Settings
Let's get started by Navigating to the Settings in Metarina.
Click on the Name of your marina on the bottom left side to continue:
From here, select the 'Marina Settings' to get started:
Step 2: Update your Berth settings
In the berths settings, we can set the berth tax rate that will be applied to our prices and invoices.
Press 'Save' after you selected your Tax rate:
In this part of the Settings, we have also the possibility to edit the availability and dimensions of single berths.

Step 3: Update your Utility & Service settings
Now, let's have a look at the utilities settings. For that, please select the 'Utilities' button in the top menu:
Here we can add and edit all utilities our marina provides.
→ Adding a utility
To add a utility, scroll down all the way until you find the Add Utility section.
Click on 'Choose a Utility from the list' and select the utility you want to add:
Once selected, press 'Add' to include this utility to your marina:
💡 In case you want to add a new utility to your marina, that you can't find in the list, please contact us through intercom and we will add the option for you.
Once you added the new Utility, now you will have to locate it in the list and edit it to your desired outcome.
💡 If you can't find a Utility in the list, note that there might be multiple pages once you have 10+ utilities. Click on 'Next' to see the other pages:
→ Editing a utility
To edit an existing utility, simply click on the 'Edit' button on the right:
In the editor, you can now choose a description, unit price, unit name and tax rate as well as whether the utility is complementary or online bookable:
Don't forget to press 'Save' after making your changes:
→ Repeat the process for Services
We'll continue by selecting 'Services' in the top Menu and repeating the process for the utilities:
Step 4: Update your Pricing settings
❗️ As our pricing settings are still in refinement, we will do the initial Setup for you. If you want to undertake any changes, please contact us through intercom.
Step 5: Update your Invoicing settings
As a last step, select the invoicing settings through the top menu:
Here, you can add all Invoicing and Tax related information that will be displayed on your invoices.
💡 Make sure to add your VAT number in the following format:
IT (Your country code) 12345678901 (your VAT number)
Finally, press 'Save':
