This article explains the steps to follow when a boat arrives. It shows how to review the customer profile, confirm documents, check boat details, and ensure everything is in order before assigning the berth.


Quick Check-in Checklist


Use these five steps when a boat arrives. They help ensure all information is complete before assigning the berth.

  1. Select your guest from Arrivals & Departures
    On your Dashboard, click the guest you need to validate.

  2. Check the progress bar (Customer Onboarding Progress)
    Green dots mean the step is complete. Grey dots mean it still needs attention.

  3. Review documents on the boater’s profile
    Make sure all required documents are present and up to date.

  4. Confirm current berth allocation
    Check that the boat’s length, beam, draft, and registration match the vessel at the dock.

  5. Request payment
    Finalize any outstanding charges before check-in is completed.
