Access the POS 360 Application:
From the Meter List or Dashboard, click on the PoS link for the meter you want to explore.
Alternatively, copy the Meter ID and paste it into the search field within the PoS 360 Application.

Meter Info Tab
At the top of the PoS 360 page, you’ll find the Meter Info Tab displaying 8 selectable tabs of meter information and alarms.
Customisation:
Click the cog icon to customise the tab details.
Rearrange or update the displayed information as needed.
Ribbon Tabs with Multiple Views
Below the Meter Info Tab, the ribbon offers various views for detailed analysis:
CONSUMPTIONS
View meter consumption and indexes, with data displayed based on the meter's setup.
For water meters, you can see continuous consumption levels and details.
Learn more about continuous consumption for deeper insights.
Flow Rates
Displays max flow rate, min flow rate, and non-zero min flow rate in litres per hour.
Hover over any data points for detailed daily flow rate information.
Histogram
Breaks down the percentage of time the meter operates at specific flow rates.
Useful for understanding usage patterns and peak flow behaviours.
Temperature
Monitors the temperature of the conditions surrounding the AMR device.
Helps identify risks of freezing in supply pipes.
Information
Provides detailed meter information, including associated tags.
Useful for understanding configuration and metadata.
Alarm List
Displays the latest automated alarms detected on the device.
Quickly identify issues such as leaks or continuous flow anomalies.
Average Consumption
Shows weekly average consumption (Monday-Sunday).
Includes a daily average trend line over the selected period to track changes.
Map View
Pinpoints the meter location using latitude and longitude.
Locations can be easily updated if necessary by providing new coordinates.
