Our menu is free of gluten, dairy, and refined sugar. If you’re allergic to or if you simply don’t like eating certain ingredients, don’t fret!

Just add the ingredients you don’t want in your food to your Foods to Avoid list under the Food Preferences tab:

Once you’ve added all the ingredients you wish to avoid here, click on the Apply Changes button.

You will not be automatically assigned any meals with the listed ingredients. If you browse the menu, any meals with the ingredients listed will be flagged. In this example, “eggs” was listed on Foods to Avoid:

Important notes:

Any changes you make will not be applied to any existing orders. Please go back to any open/unlocked orders to remove any meals with Foods to Avoid ingredients. They will be flagged as in the example above so it should be easy!

Many of our items are prepared in facilities that process wheat, soy, peanuts, dairy, and tree nuts. Though we take care to prevent cross-contamination, if you have an extreme allergy please note that cross-contamination is still a possibility with our food.

We, unfortunately, cannot accommodate allergies to garlic or onion as these items are used throughout most of the savory menu. Also, most menu items are made with tree nuts, so if you have a tree nut allergy, your options with us will be very limited.

If you need assistance, have questions or concerns, or if you don’t see an ingredient listed here but want to avoid it, please inform our Wellness Coaches via email at help@gomethodology.com. 📮
