Meat & Seafood:
Heat pan to medium-high.
Add avocado oil, pastured ghee, or other heat-safe oil.
Add protein. It’s ready to flip when you try to move protein and it doesn’t stick to the pan.
Veggies & Stir-fries:
Heat a shallow pan or frying pan to medium-high.
Add veggies or stir-fry.
Stir frequently until food is hot.
Rice, Pasta, & Noodles:
Heat pan to medium.
Add food and a splash of water, stock, or nut milk to add moisture back in and to keep the food from sticking to the pan.
Stir frequently until food is hot.
Soups, Stews, & Chilis:
Heat a saucepan or pot to medium.
Add food.
Stir occasionally until food is hot.
