Freezing Meals

What you need to know before freezing your meals.

Some items freeze better than others but in general, we suggest avoid freezing whenever possible because this changes the taste and texture compared to enjoying the food freshly delivered.

If you do decide to freeze, we suggest you separate out any raw fruits or veggies since they don't hold up as well compared to our proteins.

Things like chili or brownie jars can be frozen in their existing jars.

Place proteins and cooked veggies in an airtight container or plastic wrap for up to 2 months.
