One of the most frequently asked questions is whether Miappi allows users to collect hashtag content from Facebook. Unfortunately, Facebook prevents 3rd party vendors from collecting hashtag content.

But the good news, Miappi is now one of the few in the space able to fetch user generated content via "Facebook Places". In short, if the comment left by a Facebook user has been made on a Facebook page you have access to, then you can collect it by authorizing and connecting your Facebook feed within Miappi.

Firstly, visit the Feeds page and add a Facebook page under your personal Facebook account. Please refer to one of FAQ articles here.

Once you've nested a Facebook page a new 'speech bubbles' icon will appear next to the green dot for approved feeds. By hovering your mouse over it, the icon will read "Enable Facebook Visitor Posts". Click on it to turn it green and all the visitors' posts from your Facebook Page will start appearing in your wall.
