This article is a repository for the new Microvellum AC and BSB drawing templates, released simultaneously with Microvellum build 25.1.1013.641. These new templates are compatible with older versions of Microvellum AC and BSB.

Adding New Templates

To add the new templates to your software:
​

  1. Download the mv2DTemplate file and your choice between the Imperial or Metric drawing templates from this article.
    ​

  2. Extract the files.
    ​

  3. Open your Microvellum Factory Data folder. This can be done most quickly by opening Microvellum AC or BSB, click the "Help" tab, then the "Browse to Factory Data" option.
    ​

    1. The folder can be opened manually by entering the correct file path as well, the typical file path being: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Microvellum\Toolbox\R7.0\Microvellum Data\Drawing Templates

  5. With your Microvellum Factory Data folder open, drag and drop the new templates in, and select "yes" when asked if you would like to replace the current files in the folder.
