Social fund - Member Completing a Deposit Request initiated by Admin

Would you like to know how you can complete a Social Fund deposit request?

Group Admins can request deposits from members for Social Fund, ensuring contributions are made on time. Members can then complete the transaction seamlessly from their devices.

Follow the steps below to initiate a deposit request.

From the Social Fund section, tap on the button next to it to toggle on Social Contribution

Next you can tap on 'Collect Deposits' to proceed

Select the name of the member you want to make a deposit for

Next, tap on '....will Deposit via Mobile App'

This will send a prompt to the member to proceed with the deposit

You will be notified immediately the transaction is completed

The Group totals will be updated with every confirmation of deposit

To proceed with the deposit, from the dialpad enter *161*7*2#
Then tap 'Call'

Enter '1' to confirm and tap on 'Send'

Enter '1' to select the most recent transaction and tap on 'Send'

Enter your mobile money account PIN and tap on
'Send'

Your transaction will be confirmed immediately
