Group Admins or other Group Members can deposit on behalf of a member who may not have access to mobile money, do not own a phone, or have a faulty device. This ensures that all members stay up to date with their contributions and avoid missed payments.
Follow the steps below to complete the deposit process.
First, select the name of the member you want to deposit for | Tap on 'Send Deposit Request' and then select 'Submit' | Next, you can enter the amount you intend to deposit |
It will then be shown as 'Pending' | After submission, it will be shown as 'Approved' | Next, it will be shown as 'Succeeded' after the transaction has been completed |
Next, you can select another member | And tap on 'Proceed with cash deposit' to pay on their behalf |
