After an agent has been assigned access to their mobile dashboard they will need to log-in.
To do this provide the following:
Log-in URL:
This is your dashboard name and then .dashboard.mikashboksapps.com
For example our internal demo dashboard 'mkbdemo' would be:
You can also contact MKB support for help with this.
User name:
This is either the email address added when the agent access was granted or the system generated user name. You can find this in the agents section of your dashboard.
Password:
Change@me^11
Have the agent access the URL on their mobile device, they will see this log-in screen:
The agent will enter their credentials and be taken to the mobile dashboard.
