Welcome to MiKashBoks, where you can digitize your Osusu group! Enjoy digital payments, SMS updates, and a user-friendly interface.

Groups are created by an admin, who will set up the group in the app and invite members.

Each member of the group needs a mobile money account (Afrimoney or Orange money) and an Android device, or access to a family member with an Android device who can make contributions on their behalf.

When someone with an Africell account signs up for MiKashBoks their Afrimoney wallet is automatically linked to their account as is the same for someone signing up with an Orange account; their Orange money account is automatically linked as well.

Each Osusu will operate on a cycle, comprising a number of rounds equal to the number of members. Each member contributes an equal share each round and once per cycle each member will receive a payout consisting of all the contributions in a round.

Setting up your Osusu is easy; watch the video or follow the screenshots below:

After signing up, click 'Create Group'

Alternatively, you'll find 'Create a New Group' on your dashboard by scrolling past 'Active' and 'Forming groups'

Next, click 'To run a Money Circle (Osusu)" for an Osusu group

Then click 'Mobile Money' to select a payment method

Then, enter a name for your group and give it a brief description

Next, you'll set the transaction details.

This is important because this is the day that members' contributions will be due for each round

Next, you'll set the transaction amount, this is the amount (in New Leones) that each member will contribute per round

Last you'll have a chance to crosscheck the details and add an admin fee.

Click 'Create Group' when finished.
