Leaving a group is very easy and the app is connected to the USSD menu, even in the absence of a smartphone or internet connection. You can leave a MiKashBoks Digital Osusu group using the USSD shortcode *352# on your dialer for both Africell and Orange Users.

 Open the dialer, enter the shortcode *352# and click 'Send' / 'Call' |  This will open up the MiKashBoks Menu. Select option 2 - 'Manage Groups' and click 'Send' |  This will list all your MiKashBoks groups. Select the option number of the group you want to leave. |
 This will open up all options for that group. Select option 4 - 'To Leave Group' and click 'Send' |  To confirm, enter your 4-digit MiKashBoks PIN and click 'Send' Operation successful! |
