The Milk Moovement Schedule page allows you to create and maintain an accurate snapshot of your Co-ops anticipated Routes and total Dairy amounts for each day.

All regions will have access to the Raw Milk scheduling page, but only select regions have access to the Processed Fluid Scheduling page

Viewing the Existing Milk Schedule

  1. To begin, either go to 'Raw Milk Tracking' then 'Load Schedule' in the left-hand menu or "Processed Milk Tracking" then 'Load Schedule' . Depending on the types of loads you are looking for.

Raw Milk Schedule

'Raw Milk Tracking' then 'Load Schedule'

  1. By default, the 'Supply' Schedule will populate; this shows the amount of product your Co-op is planning on moving during the given week. Switch to 'Demand' using the toggle switch to see what amounts Processors are requesting. Here you can also set the date range shown in the schedule and add any necessary filters ( Grouping, Hauling Company, Processor)

Processed Fluid Schedule

"Processed Milk Tracking" then 'Load Schedule'

  1. By default, the 'Supply' Schedule will populate; this shows the amount of product your Co-op is planning on moving during the given week. Switch to 'Demand' using the toggle switch to see what amounts Processors are requesting.

  2. Select the desired week by clicking the ⬅️ backward or ➡️ forward arrow at the top middle of the page.

Note: You can also click on the calendar icon on the left to see the monthly view. Here you have the ability to set your weekly view to start on any given day of the week, depending on your Route cycles.

Adding Routes to the Schedule

  1. From the 'Milk' or 'Processed Milk' Scheduling page, click the blue '➕' on the desired date to add a Schedule Card (or to the right of the day in Raw Milk loads).

  2. Select the Route Number (you can either manually type the Route Number or scroll through the listed Routes).

  3. Next, you can select the Producer(s), Processor, and Hauler.

  4. Then select the expected Start and End times.

  5. Select the Dairy type.

Note: If you would like this Route to be repeated, click the 'Recurring' box to reveal the frequency this Route will be scheduled (Daily, Every Other Day, Weekly, or Custom), and the length of time this will be a recurring Scheduled Route (One Month, Three Months, Six Months, One Year). Want to copy an entire day, or even a week? Check out our Duplicating/ Copying Schedule Cards article!

  6. Once all required fields are filled out, click on the blue ‘CREATE’ button at the bottom of the screen.
