The Route Sessions page in Milk Moovement will track, from Pickup to Delivery, the Routes and actions associated with those Routes that various Haulers / Transporters have logged in the system.

This article will guide you through the process of checking for Routes that have been logged in the Milk Moovement system, and how to identify those that have not yet been logged!

  1. Log into your Milk Moovement’s account.

  2. Click on the 'Route Sessions' tab in the left-hand menu bar.

  3. You will see the Route Sessions that have taken place by the Transporters / Haulers.

Note: Since your co-op may run many routes in a single day, you can use the search field in the upper right to return results based on any of the visible columns (i.e. Date, Route Number, LT Number / Invoice Number / Manifest Number, Hauling Company, Driver, etc.)

  4. Next, click on the ‘Route’ in the Route Sessions table to display all routes in ascending or descending order.

Note: You may want to scroll to the bottom and click on the ’X rows’ button to then select ‘250 rows’ so that more Route Sessions will display on one page.

Note: If an LT is not coming up that has been started/completed, ensure the "Select Date" in the top left hand corner of the screen is accurate and includes the current date if you are searching for a current ongoing LT.

  5. Verify that the list of routes found on the Route Sessions table matches with the list of routes that were completed by the Transporters / Haulers and make note of any Routes that may be missing in the portal.

  6. Finally, add any missing routes in Milk Moovement; HERE is an article that can help you with that!
