This article will help walk you through the steps needed to create a new Route Session, which is the first step when adding a missed Route or Handwrite into the Milk Moovement portal!
Navigate to the Route Session page ( use this article for help!)
On this page, you will be able to see the Route Sessions. Click on the blue ‘Add Route Session’ button.
Click on ‘Date’ to enter the date and time that the Route Session took place.
Note: This would typically be the date and time of the first Pickup
Next, select the Route from the dropdown menu.
Note: The Invoice Number/ LT/ BOL will be automatically generated
Enter the Manifest Number, if applicable.
Select the Trailer and Driver from the Dropdown menu.
Finally, click on ‘ADD ROUTE SESSION’ at the bottom of the screen to create your new Route Session!
Next, you will need to add a pickup, then add a drop-off to the Route Session.
While on any page within the Milk Moovement portal, you will also see our resident cow, Mooreen, in the top right corner.
