Follow the steps below for guidance on the process of adding a Dropoff (Delivery) in the Milk Moovement admin portal! Before proceeding with your Dropoff creation, you may first need to follow the steps outlined HERE to create a Route Session.

  1. Navigate to 'Route Sessions' on your menu bar and search for the Route Session you'd like to add a Dropoff to. Once located, click the kebab button next to your desired Route Session, then click 'Inspect Route Session'.

  2. Click on the “+” located in the top right corner of the dropoff board.

  3. A new window will appear with various fields you can enter data into; mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk

Depending on your Region, your 'Add Dropoff' screen may look slightly different

  4. Enter in all relevant information from the Dropoff onto the Dropoff form

    • The Date and Time field will auto-populate with the current Date/ Time - you can click this field to select a specific Date/ Time.

    • The Driver name for your Dropoff will auto-populate with the Driver assigned to the Route Session - click the Driver field to select another Driver if necessary.

Note: The Net Amount will calculate automatically based on the Gross and Tare weights entered.

  5. If the load was rejected, you can click the 'Rejected' toggle to 'ON' (blue) and select a reason.

  6. Attach a picture of the Dropoff or Scaled (Metered) Slip towards the bottom of the page.

  7. Once you have entered the mandatory information, click the blue ‘ADD DROPOFF’ button at the bottom of the page.
