After creating your new Route Session (instructions HERE), you'll want to add a Pickup to that Route Session.
Navigate to 'Route Sessions' on your menu bar, click the Kebab menu next to the route session you would like to add a pickup to, and click 'Inspect Route Session'. This will bring you to the Route Session card.
Click on the “+” located in the top right corner of the Pickups table. This will open a new window
Enter your relevant Pickup details, including Date and Time, Driver, Sample/ Component Barcode value, Pickup Type Producer name, Tank Number, and Temperature.
Note: Your region might have additional fields that can be entered on the Add Pickup screen - any required fields will be marked with an asterisk.
If the Driver did not empty the tank when completing the Pickup, toggle the 'Partial' button to ON (blue).
Finally, add a picture of the Pickup Slip by dragging and dropping the file into the field OR click the field to manually locate your Pickup Slip image.
Once you have entered all the required information, click on ‘ADD PICKUP’ at the bottom of the screen.
Note: Some regions will have additional Toggles to indicate if a load was Rejected, Degraded, or is Special.
