Your Milk Moovement account will have some existing Notifications set up that we think would be relevant to your account type - you can also create your own custom notifications following the steps below!
The following steps will guide you through how to set up personalised Notifications.
Look to the right-hand side of the page and click on the icon with your first initial. Then click 'Notifications Settings' in the resulting dropdown.
Now would be a good time to follow the steps outlined HERE to add your phone number to receive notifications on your mobile device if you have not done so already!
Click the blue ADD NOTIFICATION button.
Enter your preferred notification name and select the category. This will trigger additional, more specific choices to appear. In the example below you can see how to set an Email alert if Butterfat is below 1%
Select how you would like to receive your notification: EMAIL, APP, SMS, or CALL.
Click SAVE in the top right corner of the screen.
Once created, you can click the Kebab Menu beside the notification and then 'Edit' or 'Delete' your notifications as needed!
While on any page within the Milk Moovement portal, you will also see our resident cow, Mooreen, in the top right corner. By clicking on Mooreen, you will have access to our self-service Article Library and immediate assistance from our AI assistant. Our live agent support team is available 7:00 AM–9:00 PM ET.
