Some regions have a specialized Processed Fluids section to track the movement of their processed milk loads (such as Cream, Permeate, Buttermilk, etc.)
The Processed Fluids section of your Milk Moovement portal will have individualized pages to track any Pickups or Deliveries of Processed Milk to and from your Processing Plant, as well as a Route Sessions page that displays all Routes, both Pickup and Dropoff, with Processed Fluids at your facility.
This article will explain the various options available to you from the Processed Fluids - Dropoffs section of the Milk Moovement portal.
Dropoffs
The Processed Fluids Dropoffs page will display information about processed milk loads that have arrived at your facility, and were sent from another facility.
Select 'Processed Fluids' and then the 'Dropoffs' option that appears below on the left-hand side of the screen. This page will display only the Processed Fluid Dropoffs that have arrived at your Facility.

Note: Dropoffs by default are shown on a monthly basis with the current month selected being shown in the upper left of the page. To change the month, use a common Preset range, or to use a custom Date Range, check out our Help Center Article HERE!
Use the search field in the upper right corner of the screen to filter resulted based on any of the information available on the screen (Manifest Number, Date, LT/ Invoice Number, Commodity, etc.)
Note: Click any of the column headers once to sort the page in descending order by that column; click again to sort by ascending, and a third time to remove sorting by column type.
Download a .CSV file of all information from the Processed Fluids Dropoffs page - or just your filtered results - by clicking the downward-facing arrow to the right of the search field.
To view Dropoff information, or make changes to a logged Dropoff, tap the vertical 3-dots to the left of the load you want to view/ change, then select the 'Inspect Dropoffs' option.
From this page, you will be able to view the details of your Dropoff, including Components, and who logged the Dropoff.
To the right of the blue 'Inspect Route Session' button, you will see another vertical 3-dots; click this button and choose Edit Dropoff OR Delete Dropoff.
Note: If you Delete a Dropoff, there is no way to restore it; be sure you want a Dropoff deleted before proceeding!
The 'Edit Dropoff' screen will provide several fields that you can edit; use the arrows to display a dropdown menu/ expand the fields in question. Only fields with an asterisk are mandatory.
Note: The 'Net Amount' is automatically calculated using the Gross and Tare amounts entered; you cannot change the Net Amount field directly.
