Your co-op may schedule loads of Raw and Processed Milk; the schedule will be available to Admins, Haulers, Drivers, and Processors.
The Milk Moovement Processor Scheduling pages will show loads of milk, both raw and processed, that are scheduled to enter or exit your facility.
The raw and processed milk schedules differ slightly; read on for more information on how to use each schedule page.
Milk Schedule
Navigate to the Scheduling > Milk page to see all loads of raw milk that are scheduled to be delivered to your facility.
Note: By default, the 'Supply' schedule will appear; toggle the switch to the right (blue) to reveal the 'Demand' schedule; this schedule allows you to request loads of milk be delivered to your facility.
The Schedule Cards will allow you to see Route Numbers, Expected Amount (lbs), LT / Invoice Number, Hauler, Expected Delivery Time, and Route Status.
Note: Route Statuses on Milk Schedule Cards are:
ACTIVE - A Driver has started this Route and is currently adding details.
INACTIVE - A Driver has started this Route but used the 'Drop Trailer' function. Drivers with the same Hauling Company can find this route in 'Existing Routes' on the Driver app.
CLOSED - A Driver has completed this route, entering both Pickup and Dropoff details. Drivers cannot make further changes to this Route.
If a Schedule Card does not have one of these three statuses, it means a Driver has not yet picked up this Route.
For an overview of which Haulers will be transporting your loads, select the downward-facing arrow in the upper right of the screen to reveal an overview of which Haulers and how many loads are expected to arrive each day.
Click 'Amounts' to see the same information, but the total expected volume (in pounds) of milk to be delivered
Note: The Schedule page will display, by default, the next 7 days of the schedule starting with the current day. To change this, use the date selector at the top of the screen - the date selected will be the new starting date and will return 7 total days of schedule.
For more information on using the date selector, check out the help article HERE!
You can filter the Schedule by specific Hauling companies using the 'Hauling Companies' field in the upper right side of the screen.
You can search specific Route numbers using the 'Search Route' field in the center-left of the screen.
Note: Route numbers are case-sensitive, so be sure to use capital letters when searching for routes (i.e. B616 instead of b616).
You can sort your schedule using the 'Sort' dropdown menu in the center-right of the screen.
To download a .csv file of your Schedule, select the downward-facing arrow towards the middle right of the screen; this will allow you to download a file that contains all the information shown on the schedule.
Processed Milk Schedule
Navigate to the Scheduling > Processed Milk page to see all loads of processed milk that are scheduled to be delivered to/from your facility.
Note: By default, the 'Supply' schedule will appear; toggle the switch to the right (blue) to reveal the 'Demand' schedule; this schedule allows you to request loads of milk be delivered to your facility.
The Schedule Cards will allow you to see Commodity Type, Expected Amount (lbs), LT / Invoice Number, Hauler, Expected Delivery Time, and Route Status.
Schedule Cards with 'Outbound' indicate the loads are coming from your facility, while those with 'Inbound' indicate the loads are being delivered to your facility.
Note: If a Schedule Card shows 'Start Route Session', it means a route has not yet been started by a Driver or Facility. If a Schedule Card shows 'View Route Session', it means the Route has been started; there will be additional statuses just above this button to further clarify:
Awaiting Dropoff - The Route has been started and has a Pickup logged.
Awaiting Pickup - The Route has been started, but has no Pickup logged.
Inactive - The Route has been started, but the Driver selected the 'Drop Trailer' option; a Pickup or Dropoff may have been logged. View Route Session for more details.
