Existing Routes are routes that a Driver has begun, but not completed; if you've been removed from the app unexpectedly, or you're completing a Dropoff after another Driver has logged a Pickup, you'll find these Routes in Existing Routes!
The following steps will help you navigate how to locate and select an existing route in your Milk Moovement app.
Log into your Milk Moovement Driver App account.
Once you’ve logged in, you will see three blue buttons that say ‘Scheduled Route’, ‘New Route’, and ‘Existing Route’. Select the ‘Existing Route’ button to view all available Routes for your Hauling Company.
A list of your Hauling Companies Scheduled Routes for the day will appear, which you can scroll through to find your Route. Alternatively, you can use the search function 🔍 to search for a specific Route by name.
Note: If you're completing a Haul Assist - logging a Delivery for a Pickup assigned to another Hauling Company - you'll want to use the Barcode Search.
Tap the route you’d like to continue, and you’ll be brought to the Actions screen for that route; from here, you can log a Pickup, Delivery, or scan various seals associated with the load.
