Using the Dashboard

The Dashboard page on your Milk Moovement account gives you an overview or snapshot of the Routes your Drivers are logging. This is a great resource to quickly search the Routes, including Pickups and Dropoffs, made by any Drivers working with your hauling company.

Note: Only Raw Milk loads will be present on the Dashboard; Processed Fluid routes are located under the Processed Fluids Pickups, Dropoffs and Route Sessions pages.

  1. Log in to your Milk Moovement account to view your Producer Dashboard.

    Note: your dashboard shows the current month’s data by default. You can toggle to different months by using the Date Selector towards the top of the screen. For more information on using the Date Selector, please click HERE!

  2. At the top of the screen, you will see the ‘Total Monthly Pickup Dairy Amount’ and the ‘Total Monthly Dropoff Dairy Amount’ for a quick overview of the amounts of Raw Milk being moved by your company in the selected month.

  3. Use the search field in the upper right corner of the screen to filter your Dashboard routes by Date, Manifest Number, Route Number, LT/ Invoice Number, Driver, etc.

  4. Use the kebab-menu to the left of a Route to ‘Inspect Route Session’, ‘Edit Route Session’, and ‘Delete Route Session’.

    Note: You will only be able to delete a Route Session if there is no Pickup or Dropoff logged.

  5. Use the blue ‘Add Route Session +’ button below the search field to add a Route Session; this is particularly useful if a Driver has forgotten or was unable to log a Pickup & Dropoff in the Milk Moovement Driver App. For more information on adding a Route Session, check out our article on Adding & Editing Route Sessions!

While on any page within the Milk Moovement portal, you will also see our resident cow, Mooreen, in the top right corner. By clicking on Mooreen, you will have access to our self-service Article Library and immediate assistance from our AI assistant. Our live agent support team is available 7:00 AM–9:00 PM ET.
