The 'Pickups' page in Milk Moovement is a great way to view, in real-time, the loads your Drivers are logging!
The Pickups page will show:
The Date the Pickup was logged
The Producer Name/ Number & which Tank was loaded
The total amount of raw milk loaded, in pounds
The Route Number of the load
The Truck/ Trailer Number
The Driver who logged the Pickup
Unique identifiers, such as LT or Invoice Number, and Sample Barcode Numbers
A Driver name in RED indicates the Pickup occurred outside the geofence boundaries of the Producer; for example, if a Driver were to log the Pickup only after leaving the farm. No action needs to be taken on Pickups occurring outside the geofence boundaries, but you may wish to talk to your Driver about why the Pickup was not logged while at the farm.
For additional information on a specific Pickup, click the kebab-menu to the left of the Pickup, and select one of the available options:
View Pickup Slip
Selecting this option allows you to view the Pickup Slip a Driver uploaded using the Milk Moovement app. Many regions require a Pickup Slip to be uploaded before a Driver can proceed to the next step.
Inspect Pickup
This option will redirect you to a new Inspect Pickup page, where you can view load information such as Sample Barcode(s), Tank Number, the Type of Pickup, Sample Type, and any comments made by the Driver. The options available to view on Inspect Pickup may vary by region.
Inspect Route Session
Inspecting the Route Session will redirect you to the Route Session page; you can think of a Route Session as a folder that holds any Seals, Pickups, and Dropoffs your Driver may have logged through the app and are associated with a unique Manifest, and/ or LT/ Invoice Number.

Edit Pickup
Selecting this option will redirect you to a Pickup form, where you can manually edit the fields your Driver had entered, as well as leave comments, and upload new/ better quality images of any slips.
Note: Any required fields will be marked with an asterisk, and you will not be able to save your edit if a required field is empty.
Delete Pickup
The Delete Pickup option can be used if a Pickup was logged in error, or you'd like to replace a Pickup entirely. After clicking 'Delete Pickup' you will be asked to confirm your wish to delete the Pickup. This action cannot be reversed, so be sure this is the action you'd like to take before proceeding! If you are unable to swipe to delete a pickup in the Milk Moovement app, this could be due to the following reasons:
No Logged Pickups: Swiping to delete is only possible if there is at least one logged pickup. Navigate to the
Actionstab, where you should see a line item for the producer's name. If no line item appears, log a new pickup before attempting deletion.Logging a New Pickup: Add a new pickup from the
Actionstab by following the app's logging process. Ensure proper recording to enable deletion functionality. For deleting an active load, you can follow these steps:
Delete the Active Route: Go to the
Route Sessionstab and delete the route associated with the load.Delete the Load from Scheduling: After removing the route, head to the
Schedulingpage to delete the load. This two-step process ensures data clearance before deletion.
