Your co-op may schedule loads of Raw and Processed Milk; the schedule will be available to Admins, Haulers, Drivers, and Processors.

The Milk Moovement Hauler Scheduling pages will show loads of milk, both raw and processed, that are scheduled to be delivered to/ from various Processors your Co-op works with.

The raw and processed milk schedules differ slightly; read on for more information on how to use each schedule page.

Milk Schedule

  1. Navigate to the Scheduling > Milk page to see all loads of raw milk that are scheduled to be run by your company.

Note: The Schedule page will display, by default, the next 7 days of the schedule starting with the current day. To change this, use the date selector at the top of the screen - the date selected will be the new starting date and will return 7 total days of schedule.

For more information on using the date selector, check out the help article HERE!

  2. The Schedule Cards will allow you to see Route Numbers, Expected Amount (lbs), LT / Invoice Number, Hauler, Expected Delivery Time, and Route Status.

Note: Route Statuses on Milk Schedule Cards are:

    • ACTIVE - A Driver has started this Route and is currently adding details.

    • INACTIVE - A Driver has started this Route but used the 'Drop Trailer' function. Drivers within the same Hauling Company can find this Route in 'Existing Routes' on the Driver app.

    • CLOSED - A Driver has completed this route, entering both Pickup and Dropoff details. Drivers cannot make further changes to this Route.

    • If a Schedule Card does not have one of these three statuses (like the card above), it means a Driver has not yet picked up this Route.

  3. For an overview of which Processing Plants will be delivered to on each day for the selected week, click the downward-facing arrow beside the blue 'Loads' button.

  4. Click 'Amounts' to see the same information, but the total expected amount (in pounds) of milk to be delivered.

  5. You can filter the Schedule by specific Processing Plants using the 'Destination Processors' field in the upper right side of the screen.

  6. You can search specific Route numbers or LT# using the 'Search Route' field in the center-left of the screen.

Note: Route numbers/ LT# are case-sensitive, so be sure to use capital letters when searching for routes (i.e. B616 instead of b616).

  7. You can sort your schedule using the 'Sort' dropdown menu in the center-right of the screen.

Note: Your schedule will be sorted by Date/ Time of Creation by default.

  8. To download a .csv file of your Schedule, select the downward-facing arrow towards the middle right of the screen; this will allow you to download a file that contains all the information shown on the schedule.

Processed Milk Schedule

  1. Navigate to the Scheduling > Processed Milk page to see all loads of processed milk that are scheduled to be delivered by your hauling company.

Note: The Schedule page will display, by default, the next 7 days of the schedule starting with the current day. To change this, use the date selector at the top of the screen - the date selected will be the new starting date and will return 7 total days of schedule.

For more information on using the date selector, check out the help article HERE!

  2. The Schedule Cards will allow you to see Commodity Type, Expected Amount (lbs), LT / Invoice Number, Hauler, Expected Delivery Time, and Route Status.

Note: If a Schedule Card shows 'View Route Session', it means the Route has been started; there will be additional statuses beside 'View Route Session', as well as above, to further clarify

    • Preparing Load - This is the first status and it is triggered by the route being started from the schedule by the Origin Processor

    • In Transit - The Driver sets this status by tapping it in the app. This action acknowledges that they have the load and are driving.

    • Closed - This status indicates the Driver has logged both a Pickup AND dropoff, and is finished making changes to the Route.

    • Awaiting Offload - This status indicates the Driver has used the 'Drop Trailer' function, or an Admin or Milk Moovement staff have moved the Route into this status. Awaiting Offload Status routes are able to be found by Drivers in the 'Existing Routes' section of the Processed Fluids Driver app.

  3. For an overview of which Processing Plants will be delivered to on each day for the selected week, click the downward-facing arrow beside the blue 'Loads' button.

  4. Click 'Amounts' to see the same information, but the total expected volume (in pounds) of milk to be delivered.

  5. You can filter the Schedule by specific Commodity type, by Origin Processor, or by Destination Processor by using the fields in the upper right side of the screen.

  6. You can sort your schedule using the 'Sort' dropdown menu in the center-right of the screen.

  7. To download a .csv file of your Schedule, select the downward-facing arrow towards the middle right of the screen; this will allow you to download a file that contains all the information shown on the schedule.
