Processors and Sub-Processors may wish to be included on the Pre-Delivery and Delivery Reports that Drivers send when completing a Route. The following article will provide the information necessary to set up a Pre-Delivery and / or Delivery Report notification on an account to ensure the user receives these emails!
Creating Pre-Delivery Report Notifications
Navigate to the Settings > Notification Settings page and create a new notification set up as follows:
Category: Route
Type: All Pickups Complete
Give it a flashy Notification Name (Pre-Delivery Report Notification) - that’s it! The user will receive any Pre-Delivery Reports that Drivers send out going forward.
Creating Delivery Report Notifications
Navigate to the Settings > Notification Settings page and create a new notification set up as follows:
Category: Route
Type: Route Session Close
Give it a flashy Notification Name (Delivery Report Notification) - that’s it! The user will receive any Delivery Reports that Drivers send out going forward.
