The CME Group requires every individual trading futures with real-time market data to have a Market Data Agreement on file. This agreement classifies traders as either Non-Professional or Professional based on regulatory criteria such as employment status and registration.

At MILTRADERS, the CME market data feed is provided through dxFeed and is fully included with every account at no additional cost. There are no separate data subscription fees to pay.

When you sign up with MILTRADERS, you will be asked to confirm your data status (Non-Professional or Professional) as part of your onboarding. Most retail traders qualify as Non-Professional. If your status changes (for example, you become registered with a financial authority), you must update it through your MILTRADERS dashboard.

If you are unsure about your classification, please contact our support team through the chat bubble on our website and we will guide you.
