Your email address is your login and the channel where your trading credentials, receipts, and notifications arrive — changing it goes through support for security reasons.
How to proceed
1. Write to us in the Messenger (or from your Dashboard chat) requesting an email change
2. Provide your current address and the new address
3. For your security, the request must come from the email currently associated with the account, or be confirmed from it
4. Our team makes the change and confirms — you then log in with the new address
Good to know
• The change applies to your MILTRADERS space (Dashboard, notifications). Your trading credentials (platform) do not change
• If you have a Rise account for payouts, remember to update your email there as well
• An email change can never be used to transfer an account to another person — the account remains in your name (KYC)
