Minari’s MCP connector lets you securely connect your Minari workspace to Claude.ai. Once connected, you can ask Claude to explore your calls, transcripts, analytics, team performance, and contact lists directly from Claude.
Before you start
Your workspace admin must enable the MCP connection in Minari first (Settings → MCP). If you don't see the option to connect, ask your admin to turn it on.
You'll need a Claude account that supports custom connectors.
How to connect
Option A (recommended)
Follow this link and click "Add".
Click Connect.
Claude will redirect you to Minari. Sign in to your Minari account.
Review the permissions. Click Connect.
Once authorized, Minari will appear as a connected tool in Claude.
Option B (manual)
In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors.
Choose Add custom connector.
Paste the Minari MCP server URL:
https://mcp.minari.ai/mcp
Click Connect.
Claude will redirect you to Minari. Sign in to your Minari account.
Review the permissions. Click Connect.
Once authorized, Minari will appear as a connected tool in Claude.
What Claude can access

*Editing and deleting apply only to lists created in Minari (CSV imports), not CRM-synced lists.
What you can do
Once connected, you can ask Claude to do two kinds of things.
Explore your data (read-only)
"Summarize my calls from last week."
"What objections came up most often this month?"
"Show me the transcript of my last call with Acme."
"How is my team performing — who made the most calls?"
"What's in my 'Q3 Prospects' list?"
Manage your contact lists (CSV only)
"Create a list called 'July Leads' with these 20 contacts."
"Add these 5 new contacts to my 'Q3 Prospects' list."
"Remove these contacts from the list."
"Delete the 'Old Test' list."
Disconnecting
To revoke access at any time, go to Settings → Connectors in Claude and remove the Minari connector. You can also disable MCP for your whole workspace from Settings → MCP in Minari (admin only).
Troubleshooting
"I don't see the option to connect." MCP isn't enabled for your workspace yet. Ask your admin to enable it in Settings → MCP.
"Claude won't edit or delete a list." That list is probably synced from your CRM, which is read-only. Only lists created in Minari (CSV imports) can be modified.
