Setting up Minari with HubSpot

Écrit par Clément Bataille

Minari is a parallel dialer that connects to HubSpot, allowing you to call your prospects, without leaving your workflow. Once connected, Minari lets you:

  • Import your HubSpot contact lists and task queues to start dialing instantly

  • View contacts, companies, deals, activities, notes, call logs, and emails directly in Minari

  • Add notes and tasks to HubSpot records during or after a call

  • Automatically log calls to the associated HubSpot contact after each call ends

Before you start

Make sure you have:

  • An active Minari account

  • A HubSpot account with admin or sufficient permissions to authorize third-party apps

Connect your HubSpot account

There are two ways to connect HubSpot to Minari, both use the same secure OAuth flow.

Option 1: Sign in with HubSpot (recommended)

  1. Go to the Minari login page.

  2. Click Log in with HubSpot.

  3. You'll be redirected to HubSpot's OAuth authorization screen. If you're not already logged in to HubSpot, you'll be prompted to do so.

  4. On the authorization screen, review the permissions Minari is requesting:

    • Read & write contacts and companies

    • Read contact and company owners

    • Read sales emails

    • Read contact lists

    • Read & write deals

  5. Click Connect app to authorize.

  6. You'll be redirected back to Minari, your account is created and HubSpot is connected in one step. ✅

Option 2: connect from settings

If you already have a Minari account and want to connect HubSpot afterward:

  1. Log in to your Minari account.

  2. Navigate to Settings > CRM connections.

  3. Click Connect HubSpot.

  4. You'll be redirected to HubSpot's OAuth authorization screen. If you're not already logged in to HubSpot, you'll be prompted to do so.

  5. Review the same permissions listed above and click Connect app to authorize.

  6. You'll be redirected back to Minari, your HubSpot account is now connected. ✅

Note: Minari uses a secure OAuth connection. Your HubSpot credentials are never stored by Minari.

What you can do after connecting

Once connected, your HubSpot data is available directly inside Minari:

Import lists to dial Go to your dialer and select Import from HubSpot. You can import a HubSpot contact list or a task queue to start calling right away.

View contact details While on a call (or before it), Minari displays the contact's full profile including their associated company, open deals, past activities, call history, emails, and notes.

Edit contact info You can update contact and company fields directly from Minari. Changes are saved back to HubSpot in real time.

Add notes and tasks During or after a call, add a note or create a follow-up task. These are synced instantly to the contact's HubSpot timeline.

Automatic call logging After each call ends, Minari automatically logs the call to the associated HubSpot contact, no manual action required.

Disconnecting your HubSpot account

If you need to disconnect HubSpot from Minari:

  1. In Minari, go to Settings > CRM integrations.

  2. Find your HubSpot connection and click Disconnect.

  3. Confirm the disconnection.

What happens to your data? Disconnecting HubSpot will stop any further syncing between Minari and HubSpot. Existing data already logged to HubSpot (call logs, notes, tasks) will remain on your HubSpot records. No HubSpot data is deleted by disconnecting.

You can also revoke Minari's access directly from your HubSpot account by navigating to Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps and removing Minari from there.
