Metrocare Services Crisis Line: Call 214-743-1215 β available 24/7. Metrocare is Dallas County's largest mental health provider and operates a Mobile Crisis Outreach Team that can respond to emergent mental health situations in the community.
North Texas Behavioral Health Authority (NTBHA): Call (866) 260-8000 β available 24/7. Serves Dallas, Ellis, Hunt, Kaufman, Navarro, and Rockwall counties. Their Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) provides face-to-face crisis assessment and intervention.

What to Do If You Are in Crisis

Tell someone you trust. A friend, family member, or someone close to you can support you while you get help.
