After-Hours Support: What to Expect Outside Business Hours

What happens when you contact MindDemand outside of regular business hours, and when to expect a response.

Updated over a week ago

Our Business Hours

Our team is available during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time (Dallas, TX). During these hours, our support team actively monitors messages and responds to patient inquiries.

What Happens After Hours

If you reach out outside of business hours, here's what to expect:

  • Phone calls go to voicemail. Our team reviews all voicemails first thing the next business morning and will return your call as soon as possible.

  • Chat messages through our website are handled by Mindy, our virtual assistant, who can help with common questions about appointments, insurance, services, and more. If your question requires a team member, Mindy will collect your information so we can follow up.

  • Emails sent to support@minddemand.com are reviewed first thing the next business morning.

You can expect a response from our team within the first few hours of the next business day.

If You're Experiencing a Crisis

If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, please do not wait for a callback. Contact one of the following resources immediately:

  • Call 911 for immediate emergencies

  • Call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (available 24/7)

  • Text HOME to 741741 to reach the Crisis Text Line

  • SAMHSA National Helpline: 1-800-662-4357 (free, confidential, 24/7)

These services are available around the clock and are staffed by trained professionals who can help.

Tips for After-Hours Messages

To help us respond as quickly as possible when we're back, please include:

  • Your full name

  • A callback number or preferred contact method

  • A brief description of what you need help with

This helps our team prioritize and get back to you efficiently.
