If you have an HMO plan, you may need a referral from your Primary Care Provider (PCP) before services can be scheduled. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm whether a referral is required, and have it ready before booking your appointment.

MindDemand participates with several Medicaid plans. However, due to current provider capacity, there is an extended wait list for Medicaid appointments, which may be approximately six months or longer.

If you would like to be added to the wait list, please contact us and we will reach out if earlier availability becomes available.

If your insurance is not listed above, you are still welcome to receive care at MindDemand as a self-pay patient.

We can also provide a superbill after your visit, which is an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance provider to request reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance company and cannot be guaranteed.
