If you’ve been scheduled for a QbCheck ADHD assessment, here's everything you need to complete it smoothly.
💻 System Requirements:
Use a desktop or laptop with a working webcam.
Do not use phones, iPads, Chromebooks, or Surface devices.
Use the latest version of Google Chrome or Firefox.
Close all other apps and browser tabs.
🔗 How to Start:
Go to: www.qbcheck.com.
Click “TEST.”
Enter the voucher code that will be sent to you by our support.
⚠️ Test Tips:
Plug in your device and ensure a strong Wi-Fi connection.
Make sure your face is clearly lit (no backlighting).
Age:
If your age is under 12: Sit on a stool.
If your age is 12 and up: Use a chair without wheels or armrests.
🕛 Test Deadline:
Please complete the test within 48 hours of receiving the ADHD instructions email.
Once your test is complete, reply to the ADHD instructions email or call our office at 972-772-3630 to schedule your initial appointment.

The test itself takes 15 or 20 minutes but additional time should be allowed for the setup, rating scale completion as well as ability test.

The webcam does not record images but only tracks movements. It might also be worth noting that your test results are anonymised and processed according to local data protection regulations.

The test is designed to be challenging to assess your ability to sustain attention, impulse control and level of activity.
You should not be concerned if you feel you did not perform well – there is no such thing as “pass or fail” for this type of test and the test is not dependent on language, reading or mathematical skills.

When interrupted, you can restart the test at a (more) appropriate time and when further interruption can be avoided.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from performing the test, please contact your provider, so they can assist you accordingly.
