We currently do not offer an online patient portal where you can view visit summaries or reports. If you need access to these records, weโre happy to help you receive them securely.
๐ Why We Canโt Send Records by Email
Due to HIPAA regulations, we are unable to send medical records through standard email, as it is not considered a secure method. This applies even when a parent is requesting records on behalf of their child.

You can request your records using one of the following secure methods:
Fax โ If you have a fax number, we can send the records directly there.
In-person pickup โ We can prepare the records for pickup from our office.
Once you provide the preferred method and any required details (such as a fax number), weโll process the request and notify you when itโs complete.
