We offer an online patient portal where you can view visit summaries or reports. If you need access to these records, we’re happy to help you receive them securely.
🔒 Why We Can’t Send Records by Email
Due to HIPAA regulations, we are unable to send medical records through standard email, as it is not considered a secure method. This applies even when a parent is requesting records on behalf of their child.
🛡️ How to Receive Records Securely
We offer multiple secure options for accessing your records:
Patient Portal – The fastest and most secure way to access your records is through your patient portal in Athena. From there, you can view and download your records at any time. If you need help accessing your portal or logging in, please reach out to our support team—one of our care members will be happy to assist you with your login details.
Fax – If you have access to a fax number, we can send the records directly to that number.
In-person Pickup – We’re happy to prepare your records for pickup from our office if that’s your preferred option.
Once you provide the preferred method and any required details (such as a fax number), we’ll process the request and notify you when it’s complete.
