๐Ÿ’ณ Why Appointments May Get Canceled

To ensure fairness and availability, the system automatically cancels appointments if payment is not processed within 24 hours after the appointment is scheduled. This helps avoid no-shows and opens slots for other patients.

๐Ÿงพ Waiting for HSA Funds or Another Payment?

If you're expecting funds to be added to your Health Savings Account (HSA) or waiting on a deposit or check to clear, itโ€™s important to inform us before your appointment.

When we know youโ€™re waiting on payment, we can make a note in your file to prevent automatic cancellation while funds are pending.

๐Ÿ“Œ How to Avoid Appointment Cancellation?

Follow the rules to avoid unexpected appointment cancellations:

  • Communicate ahead of time if payment may be delayed due to pending funds.

  • Confirm your appointment and mention that you are waiting for HSA or other payments.

  • Ensure your payment method details are up to date.

Note. A $50 rescheduling fee will apply only the second missed or non-payment-related cancellation. If this is your first time, the fee will be waivedโ€”but we kindly ask that future cancellations or changes be made with at least 24โ€“48 hoursโ€™ notice to avoid the fee.
