Can I hide a reward if it is currently out of stock?
Yes, you can hide a reward by toggling the status to Inactive within the Rewards management screen, which prevents students from seeing or redeeming it until you are ready.
What if I don't see the Rewards tab in my Points module?
You can enable the rewards feature by going to the Settings tab within the Points module and switching the Enable Rewards toggle to the on position.
Can I customize the order the Rewards appear in my Minga?
No, rewards appear in the order in which they were added to Minga and cannot be reorganized.
Can I delete a reward if it is no longer available?
Yes, but we do not recommend deleting rewards as this will affect your rewards reporting and your students redemption history. To delete a Reward by heading to Points>Rewards and then clicking the edit pencil next to the reward. On the bottom left, select the Delete button.

Solution: Ensure that the reward is marked as Active. Navigate to the Rewards tab in the Points module and verify the toggle next to the reward name is set to Active.
Issue: I am a Teacher and cannot create a Reward.
Solution: Ensure that you have been added to the Points Manager list so that you have permission to create rewards. An Owner in your Minga, typically an admin at your school, can add you to this list.
