Troubleshooting

Issue: I don't see the option to send a message. What should I do?

Solution: If the Communication or Direct Messaging options are missing from your Action menu, please verify with your administrator that your account is assigned the Teacher permission level.

Issue: My students say they cannot reply to my group message. How do I fix this?

Solution: If students are unable to reply, it is likely because the administrator has not enabled the settings for Allow messaging between students or Allow messaging between student leaders. You should contact your IT support team to update these permissions.
