To duplicate a Mini Course, open the Collection that contains it, click the three-dots icon, and then click Duplicate.
How to duplicate a Collection ?
Duplicating a collection directly is not available at the moment, as a work-a-round, what you can do is:
1- Create new collection
2- Duplicate the courses in your existing collection
3- Move the copies into that new collection
