How to Add an Intercom Embed Block

If this is your first time or you haven't integrate MCG with Intercom, you'll need to connect your Intercom account.

Click Connect to Intercom, log in to Intercom in the opened tab, and come back to the editor. It's a one-time setup.

Once connected, you'll see a searchable list of all your Intercom articles. Simply search for the article you'd like to embed and select it.
