Setting up a PrestaShop integration
Note: Currently Mintsoft does not send serial number, batch number and BBD to PrestaShop when orders are marked as despatched.
To set up a PrestaShop integration on Mintsoft, please follow the steps below:
Review the following guide to generate an API Key from PrestaShop.
Note: Please grant full access to all permissions to ensure functionality.
Next, Within Mintsoft click Connect, then Order Integrations.
Next, click PrestaShop, then Add Account.
(3PL Only) Select the Client.
Select the Warehouse and Chanel.
Set the Frequency to import orders and synchronise despatch updates.
Set to Active once ready.
Enable Stock Sync and set the Stock Sync Frequency.
(Recommended) Enable Sync New Products and set the Product Sync Frequency.
Configure the following status options (All statuses can be found here) -
ImportStatuses: The status of importing new orders. Multiple statuses can be used separated with pipes e.g. 2|9.
ProcessingStatus: The status in Prestashop the order should be moved to when the order is imported.
DespatchStatus: The status in Prestashop the order should be moved to when the order is dispatched.
Paste the PrestaShop URL and APIKey obtained earlier.
(Optional) Enable Use Product EAN As SKU.
This is not compatible with stock sync.
Finally, click Add.
Stock and Product Sync
Stock Sync and Product Sync will only work if the products are set as Combination type products. Please review the PrestaShop help article to learn more.
