ShopWired Integration Summary
With this integration, you can do the following:
Imports Sales Orders.
Updates tracking numbers.
Updates despatched status.
Option to automatically import new products from the store (product sync)
Generate API key
To generate an API Key and API Secret, follow the ShopWired article.
Adding a connection
Once you have your API Key from ShopWired, please follow the steps below to add a connection:
Click Connect then select Order Integrations.
Select ShopWired then click Create New.
(3PL Only) Select the Client.
Select the Warehouse and Channel.
Set the Frequency.
Set to Active once ready.
Enable Stock Sync and set the Stock Sync Frequency.
Enable Sync New Products and set the Product Sync Frequency.
Enter the API Key and API Secret.
Enter the OrderImportStatus, ProcessingStatus and DespatchStatus.
Unsure of the statuses? Enter 0 in each field then follow the View Order Statuses section below.
Finally, click Add.
View Order Statuses
If you are unsure what statuses to enter on the ShopWired connection fields, please follow the steps below:
Once you have added the connection, scroll to the right and click View Order Statuses.
Take note of the ID you want to use to import, process and despatch orders:
Examples -
ID: 187377 / Name: Paid.
ID: 187379 / Name: Dispatched.
Click Back.
Click Edit against the connection.
Paste in the relevant IDs into the fields.
Click Save.
