If you are getting this error message (Your account is locked out. Please reset your password by clicking the 'Forgotten your password' link. ErrorCode: 102) when trying to generate a shipment for DHL eCommerce UK, please speak with DHL, as your DHL account has been locked out and can only be unlocked from their side.
