This guide will tell you how to add a new Custom/ Partner Courier connection to Mintsoft which has been developed externally via the Courier Developer Portal. If you want to set up a new 3rd party courier connection, please contact your Account Manager before continuing with this help guide.
Prerequisite - Obtaining Credentials
Before setting up the courier connection on Mintsoft, you will need to contact the courier directly to obtain credentials. It is essential to securely store these credentials, as they include sensitive information such as account numbers and passwords.
Setting up a new connection
Once you have obtained credentials from the courier, you will be able to add a new connection to Mintsoft. To set up a new 3rd Party Courier Connection, please do the following:
Click Connect then Courier Integrations.
Next, click the Partners (or Custom depending on the setup) tab.
Select the courier you want to add.
Then, click Add Account.
(3PL Only) Select the Client.
Select the Warehouse.
Enter the Password and AccountNo which the Courier has provided you with.
Finally, click Add.
After completing the setup, perform test shipments to ensure the courier integration is functioning as expected.
