This guide will tell you how to synchronise new courier services to Mintsoft if you’re connected to a third-party custom courier connection, which has been developed via the Courier Developer Portal (CDP).
Note: If you're not already using one of these couriers you will need to contact the courier directly to obtain credentials.
Prerequisite - Courier Developer Portal
To Sync Services from CDP to Mintsoft, first, ensure that the services on the Courier Developer Portal itself have been saved by your developer. Then, click Save at the bottom of the screen, this allows Mintsoft to import an updated list of services.
Syncing Courier Services in Mintsoft
The Sync Services button in your Partner courier integration allows you to update your courier services by retrieving the latest options available in the Courier Portal.
Note: Pressing the Sync Services button will import any updates or changes from the Courier Portal into Mintsoft. This will override any existing custom services you have set up.
Before synchronising services:
Ensure you're happy with the services being imported.
If you have custom services, be aware they may be removed during the sync process.
Accidentally removed custom services:
You’ll need to re-add them in the Courier Portal.
Then, synchronise the services again in Mintsoft to update them correctly.
If you don’t have the necessary service details, please contact your courier for assistance.
This process helps keep your courier options up to date, ensuring a smooth and accurate shipping experience.
How to synchronise services on Mintsoft
Once the services have been saved on the Courier Developer Portal, you can sync the services to Mintsoft. To synchronise custom courier services, please do the following:
On Mintsoft, click Connect then Courier Integrations.
Next, click the Partners tab.
Then, select the Courier you are connected to.
Within the courier's connection page click Sync Services.
Once this has been done, click Shipping Management then Couriers.
Your updated courier and services will now be visible.
Click Show All Couriers if it's not visible and make it active.
You can now set up any required Courier Logic.
