Overview
Update multiple products simultaneously in Mintsoft using CSV import/export functionality. This method saves time when making mass changes to product attributes such as weights, commodity codes, and prices.
Important:
SKU fields cannot be changed during bulk updates. Changing SKUs will create new products instead of updating existing ones.
(3PL Only) Update products client-by-client. Mixing client SKUs in the same CSV file can cause new products to be incorrectly created.
Updating Products in Bulk
Click Products then Overview.
(3PL Only) Filter by the Client whose products require updating.
Click Bulk Export Products.
A CSV file will be downloaded to your computer.
Open the downloaded CSV file and make required changes to the product data.
Note: Ensure the SKU field remains unchanged. Modifying SKUs will create new products rather than updating existing ones.
Import Updated Data
Save the CSV file with your changes.
On Mintsoft, click Products, then Extras, then click Upload Products.
(3PL Only) Select the Client.
Click Choose File then browse to the file you just saved.
Click Upload.
Review the import results. Information about each record appears, indicating whether the import was successful.

This feature is not supported with 3rd Party Order Integrations and was initially set up for Manual Input Orders. Follow the steps in the Updating Products in Bulk section above to correctly download and update product data.
What product data can be updated in bulk?
All product attributes can be updated in bulk, including Weight, Product Dimensions, Price, and Name. The only field that cannot be updated in bulk is the SKU field, as changing this would create a new product in Mintsoft instead of updating the existing one.
