The following information applies to Access Analytics which connects to Mintsoft with the use of an Access Evo account. Dashboards are simply a collection of insights, including graphs, charts, and metrics. Creating a dashboard is easy and it allows you to have all your most important insights in one collective view.
Note: You need to have either an Access Analytics Administrator or Designer role. For more information on this, please review our Manage Roles for Access Analytics help guide.
To set up a new dashboard on Access Analytics, follow the steps below:
Click the Access Button located in the top left corner of Mintsoft then Analytics.
Click the + icon beside the Dashboards header in the left-hand panel.
If the menu on the left is collapsed, click the three lines at the top left to expand the menu or, if you’ve already clicked into your dashboards, click Add Dashboard at the top right-hand side of the page.
Enter your dashboard name at the top left.
Search for the insights you’d like to include.
Drag each insight into the main screen on the right-hand side.
Scale and arrange your Insights.
Click Save and Close.
